By horse and happenstance I came to Come By Chance and stayed It was empty at first glance -- all around, the green expanse conveyed the direst circumstance, where the world of high finance and trade were unlikely to advance, but the land was rich and grants were paid City folk, you look askance but I'll stay in Come by Chance remade
