NaPM Day 4

Topic 04: Write a poem inspired by a mirror, reflecting surface, or a reflection. Form : any Line requirements: 8 lines or more

Sleep of Narcissus The mirror does not reflect you, but shows you what silvered eyes see, if only you care to look through. The sky is a cauldron of blue, that doesn’t know what else to be: the mirror does not reflect you. Look sideways, a new point of view -- the outside of you inside me, if only you care to look through. Take one and refract into two, in prismatic infinity -- the mirror does not reflect you. The images beg you: pursue, deception will set you both free, If only you care to look through. Decide what you’re willing to do, and shed your inane fallacy: the mirror does not reflect you, if only you care to look through.
